Guidelines for Warranty Claims

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GREENFIELD PRODUCTS

Greenfield Products covered by this policy are subject to a limited warranty. The terms of the warranty agreement, including inclusions and exclusions, as stated on both the warranty card and on this site, are binding. Warranty cards are provided exclusively for Greenfield Products.

Product Warranty	Details	Note
Warranty for Power Tools	The Greenfield Power Tools are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, in which the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the Buyer. This warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, and improper handling, faulty installation or tampering with the product.
Warranty for Machineries/Generators	The Greenfield Machineries/Generators come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship in which parts and/or replacement will be done free of charge. This warranty is void if the Product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper handling, or faulty installation or if the Product has been altered, tampered or modified.

Warranty Period Calculation

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase of the product by the End-User from our online shop. Proof of purchase, such as a sales invoice issued by the Greenfield Vendor, must be provided. This invoice should indicate the purchase date, product model, serial number, and the End-User's name.
If the proof of purchase is unavailable, the End-User will be required to present a signed/validated certificate of purchase from the Greenfield Vendor. This certificate should include the product model, serial number, and purchase date.
In the absence of both proof of purchase and a certificate from the store, if damage to the product is assessed by a Greenfield service center as resulting from misuse or abuse rather than a manufacturing defect, the cost of parts will be chargeable to the End-User. The Greenfield Service Center must obtain signed confirmation from the End-User agreeing to these charges.

Repair and Service

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase of the product by the End-User from our online shop. Proof of purchase, such as a sales invoice issued by the Greenfield Vendor, must be provided. Warranty exclusions

- Defects or damage caused by accidents, fires, floods, lightning, or other natural disasters.
- Defects or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, mishandling, negligence, use of non-approved accessories or consumables, or failure to follow the instructions provided in the handling manual provided at the time of purchase.
- Physical damage due to improper handling.
- Defects or damage caused by household pests.
- Units that have been altered, modified, tampered with, or repaired by anyone other than a Greenfield Authorized Service Center in a manner that affects the product's performance and stability.
- Units with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Units operated beyond the conditions stated in the manual, including improper installation, incorrect or unstable power supply, or voltage fluctuations.
- Liquid infiltration or use of harsh chemicals on the unit resulting in corrosion.
